Adult Discipleship & Community Pastor

A local Christian church in Greater London is seeking an Associate Minister of Adult Ministries to provide vision and leadership for adult discipleship. The role includes overseeing small groups, developing volunteer leaders, and offering pastoral care. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, team players, and passionate about helping individuals grow in their faith journey. A minimum of 2 years of Bible college education and ministry experience is preferred.
