Adoption Services: Stage 2 Assessment Team Manager

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Team Manager for Stage 2 assessment and support within Adoption Services. You will lead a team to shape how families are assessed and placed, ensuring high quality, evidence based recommendations and strong multi agency collaboration.

The role requires substantial post qualifying experience in children's social work, with a focus on adoption, permanence planning and safeguarding.
