ADON: Lead Clinical Care & Quality Improvement

Cpl Healthcare are recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing for a state-of-the-art facility in Castleisland, Co. Kerry. The ADON will oversee day-to-day clinical and operational management, uphold HIQA standards, and drive quality improvement.

You will lead staff development, governance, audits, and resident welfare, support the DON in budgeting and policy development, and act as key contact for residents and families. Monday to Friday hours and onsite parking offered.
