We are now recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a respected and well-run nursing home in Limerick/Clare. This is a brilliant opportunity for a clinical leader who brings not only experience, but genuine empathy, integrity, and kindness to their role.
What We're Looking For:- A current NMBI registration
- Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
- A warm, person-centred approach to both residents and staff
- Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
- A calm, supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment
