Within our service, we aim to provide the public and health professionals with a courteous, competent service, both by phone and at the various reception desks.Admissions Managers in the Admissions Sector - 80% The admissions sector of the Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents (DFEA) is looking for several admissions managers to strengthen its team. You will be the first point of contact, both by phone and at the reception, and provide a professional, courteous service tailored to the needs of the clients. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming, informing, and guiding individuals who come to the admissions office, registering them while ensuring the accuracy of their records, managing appointment scheduling, and coordinating with the relevant services. You will also perform various tasks related to the smooth running of the department and provide backup for the team if needed. This position requires availability for irregular hours, in continuous service 24/7, including during public holidays. You should hold a vocational diploma in business administration or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. You must have a perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written (writing ability). You possess good knowledge of English and/or several other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.), which are considered an asset. You are proficient in standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have knowledge of institutional tools (OPALE, DPI, DPA, GRECO 2), as well as the X system (LAMal, AI, etc.).
