Admissions Assistant - Maternity Cover

This is a full time role (37.5hrs/weeks) covering a maternity leave on a fixed term basis.

Join our dynamic External Relations team and play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our global school community. In this varied role, you will report to the Registrar and will balance technical CRM management with warm family liaison, ensuring our admissions pipeline runs with absolute precision and care.

You will receive full training on our processes and procedures and have the opportunity for further learning and development.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary CRM user, ensuring swift application processing, GDPR compliance, and accurate reporting.
• Manage logistics for Open Days, entry testing, and personalized tours while drafting formal offers.
• Assist with vital UKVI / Home Office visa documentation and partner agent onboarding.
• Provide rapid, helpful guidance on our prestigious academic programmes (IB & GCSE).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with data and systems supported by the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Sharp attention to detail ideally with knowledge of GDPR and visa compliance.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
