Admissions and Student Records Manager

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (may include some evening/weekend working)

The Role

We are looking for an organised Admissions and Student Records Manager, playing a key role in shaping the student journey from application through to enrolment. This varied and rewarding position combines admissions management, student data governance, regulatory compliance, and student support, ensuring an exceptional experience for applicants and students.

Working closely with the Admissions & Student Data Coordinator and Academic staff, you will oversee admissions processes, manage statutory returns and student records, lead on UKVI and Student Finance administration, and provide valuable data insights to support institutional decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientated team player who is passionate about supporting the next generation of creative talent.

The Team

Our small, but efficient, Student & Academic Services team plays a vital role in supporting applicants and students throughout their academic journey, ensuring a high-quality educational experience from enrolment to graduation.

Collaboration is central to the team's approach, with a strong shared commitment to student support, operational excellence, and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the student experience.
