Monday-Friday office hours (on-site)

Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Financial Services Group based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the Office Post Team, where you will be responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing post for the business and play a key part in management of client documentation.

The successful candidate must be available to start work immediately.

Key responsibilities
  • Check validity of all documents
  • Scan, upload to database and email all daily posts to the respective advisers and support teams
  • Processing all incoming post for the business and outgoing post for the Head Office
  • Providing general administration services in a professional and timely manner
  • Covering reception as and when required
  • Managing client documentation
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, office support, Admin or Customer Service.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, PowerPoint and Word
