Job Description
Job Role: Administrators 
MPA are excited to be working alongside our large public sector client to recruit for multiple administrators with varying experience in Belfast and surrounding areas
Our client provides a wide range of services and employs Admin's in a wide variety of settings, to carry out a wide range of administrative tasks including the use of word processing, data input, shorthand and other computer packages.

Hours of WorkMonday to Friday (Full time and Part time hours available)
Salary£12.75 - £14.06 per hour
What the role entails- Word processing / audio working letters / producing reports.
- Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate.
- Dealing with general enquiries.
- Maintaining diaries.
- Minute taking.
- Arranging meetings.
- Sorting and processing information.
- Preparation of statistical information.
- Dealing with requests for information.
- Filing.
- Making appointments.
- Dealing with telephone calls.
- Photocopying
- Four GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent
- One year's Admin experience
- Two year's Admin experience
- A minimum of 12 months word-processing experience
- Knowledge and experience of specific, relevant administrative systems & procedures as well as awareness of the needs of the users of administrative services
- The ability to apply this to a range of activities that are subject to changes in both nature and demand
- This will involve solving work related problems and handling first line queries
- OCR / RSA / GCSE Stage 2 Word-processing / Typing (Parts 1 and 2) or equivalent qualification
