About the roleYou will be part our People Service Delivery Europe North/East . In this role you will be supporting line managers, HR Business Partners and contribute to the success of People Service Delivery with activities related to the recruitment process and improvements of Talent Acquisition.
Your responsibilities and tasks- Support line managers and senior recruiters in the recruitment process, by organizing briefing calls and interviews
- Execute recruiting and recruiting administration standards, processes and policies across People Service Delivery to create an outstanding employee experience, simplicity and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within People Service Delivery
- Maintain candidate's database up to date
- Strong interest in HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style
- Fluent in Polish & English, Good to have German or Danish
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team
- Must speak Polish & English; good to have German or Danish
