About The RoleWe are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to work in our busy Protection Admin Team. The role covers a wide range of administrative duties and will provide strong overall administrative support to the team.
Key duties will include typing letters, various documents and supporting the District Inspectors. Applicants must be proficient in the use of various ICT applications, have extensive experience of working in an administrative environment, be able to work as part of a team and have experience of training colleagues on working practices.
Once fully trained you will be asked to support and provide cover for other district admins as required, and support Service Headquarters Admin when applicable and necessary. Part of your role will be to make appointments for Inspectors, keeping their diaries up to date and rearranging appointments when necessary.
You may also be required to assist the District Admin Supervisor or the SHQ Admin Manager in providing an administrative service to the Protection function and to undertake any other duties deemed suitable by the Authority within your grade.
In addition, a flexible approach to work, effective communication skills and an ability to work methodically and accurately are essential requirements.
