Job DescriptionAdministrator (Product Co ordinator) - Aspatria / Wigton, Cumbria
MacArthur is recruiting for a successful manufacturing company for this position of Administrator (Product Co ordinator). No previous product experience is required; full induction will be provided.
Summary of the roleThe role is suitable for an experienced Administrator with a great eye for detail, organisational skills and a proactive nature. You will assist and guide stakeholders in the Product and Production teams to allow new product introduction, contributing to a successful team and learning opportunities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Work with the Product development, Production, Finance and other stakeholders to allow a smooth introduction of new products
- Use MS Office tools to produce/manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, basic graphics, reports and schedules
- Involve in projects - samples, testing, paperwork, certifications, schedules, regular reports, purchase orders (training given), data input, documentation, deliveries, logistics
- Use in house software (training provided)
- Collaborate to enhance progress against schedules
