Advert Details: Administrator (Part-Time) Location: Ballymount Road, Walkinstown, Dublin 12 Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, four hours per day Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible morning or afternoon hours About the Role We are looking for an organised and dependable part-time Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Ballymount operation. This is a varied role covering purchasing, supplier accounts, inventory control, general office administration, employee records and health and safety documentation. You will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Managers while providing administrative support across the wider business. What You ll Be Doing As our Administrator, you will: Raise purchase orders for stock and non-stock purchases Process purchase invoices, matching them against purchase orders and goods received notes Prepare the month-end supplier payment file and record approved one-off payments Reconcile supplier statements against the creditors ledger and resolve supplier queries Process approved changes to supplier banking details in line with company procedures Place stock orders in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Managers Record stock received and issued and participate in quarterly stock counts Respond to ad hoc requests for financial and administrative support Manage company administration, including insurance, tolls and vehicle records Maintain the office area, answer telephone calls and act as the first point of contact for visitors Provide general administrative and occasional PA support to the General Manager Keep employee records up to date, including holidays, sickness absence and training Maintain health and safety policies and records in conjunction with the General Manager Process weekly oil samples for shipment Maintain records of issued equipment, including gas monitors, mobile phones and PPE, arranging servicing or replacement when required Maintain contractor documentation, including insurance certificates, risk assessments and method statementsAbout You The ideal Administrator will have: At least two years experience in an administrative or office-based role Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately Excellent organisational and time-management skills The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the business when required Previous experience with purchasing, supplier accounts or inventory administration would be an advantageThis part-time Administrator position would suit someone looking for consistent weekday hours with the flexibility to work mornings or afternoons.
