We are looking for an efficient administrator with excellent ICT and communication skills to join our friendly and forward thinking learning support team.
We require good administration experience, high organisational and ICT skills, strong communication skills and the ability to deal sensitively with students across the age ranges. You must be willing to undertake or update an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment is essential.
Salary & Working HoursSalary - £22,229 to £23,311 pro rated per annum. Pay range: £13.47 to £14.13 per hour.
Role requires 37 hours per week. Usual hours are 08 30 Monday to Thursday and 08 00 Friday. Some flexibility required during busy periods; anticipate minimum 08 20 during term time (subject to agreement). Working 39 weeks a year (38 weeks term time plus 1 week INSET). Salary will be paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. Adjustment may be made at the point employment ends to reflect holiday entitlement and to ensure accurate payment for days worked in any academic year.

As a member of the learning support team you will provide efficient administrative assistance, including handling communications, organising records and events, and supporting student welfare and learning processes. You must demonstrate excellent ICT and communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Required skills and experience: administrative experience, organisational and ICT skills, strong communication skills, first aid qualification, right to work in the UK, enhanced DBS check, commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
