We are recruiting an Administrator to join our client Camden, in Antrim
Location: Antrim (Camden / Greystone Unit)
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Monday-Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm)
About the RoleWe are currently seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrator to support the Granulation and Extrusion departments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and dynamic recycling manufacturing environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of both teams.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain accurate production records, and assist with communication across multiple departments, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support- Provide day to day administrative assistance to the Granulation and Extrusion Managers
- Maintain and organise departmental documentation, records, and filing systems
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
- Record and maintain accurate production data and performance information
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Monitor production targets, efficiencies, downtime, and waste figures
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales
- Maintain a professional and organised working environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
- Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within a recycling, plastics, or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production reporting and inventory processes
