Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator looking for an interesting and varied role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy office?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected St. James's Place Partner Practice, who provide bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of private clients, individuals, families and businesses. You'll become an important part of a friendly, collaborative team where everyone works together to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role: Administrator- Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
- Submitting new business using bespoke software
- Sending out correspondence and requests for information
- Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Advisors
- Preparing and collating key information for clients' annual reviews
- Managing the CRM Database (Salesforce) and keeping all client details up to date
- Liaising with SJP admin teams to ensure all processes are compliant and completed within agreed timescales
- Training can be provided and there is scope within this role to progress and as you develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role within Financial Services, ideally within an SJP or IFA Practice
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong, professional client relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues, solve problems and think on your feet
- Strong organisation, time-management and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and third parties
- The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- A proactive, positive approach and the willingness to learn and develop
