Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrator to join us in ensuring People We Support have the same opportunities as everyone else.

Administrator - 35 hours a week - Edinburgh

£24,479 per annum

As an Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to service teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational processes. Working closely with the Regional Administration Manager, Service Managers and Team Facilitators, you will support a range of functions that are critical to maintaining high-quality services for the people we support.

Responsibilities
  • Support service teams with essential administrative and clerical tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Administration Manager, Service Managers and Team Facilitators to facilitate critical services.
  • Manage staff operational processes including absence, training and maintaining accurate staff records.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and organisational policies.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain excellent attention to detail across a wide range of operational activities.
Qualifications
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Proficient keyboard and data input skills, with experience in rota or workforce management systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven administration experience within a busy and demanding environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Confidence handling confidential information sensitively and professionally.
