Admin Assistant (Commercial Department) - Kilsyth
Location: Kilsyth (fully office-based)
Pay Rate: £13 - £15 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP (week commencing Monday 15th June)
Duration: Until Friday 9th October

Overview

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to join there Commercial Department in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a shared mailbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Supporting material management processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are prioritised effectively
  • General administrative support within a busy commercial team
  • Keeping systems and workflows organised and up to date
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook essential)
  • Experience with DocuSign and SAP (preferred)
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information well organised
