We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly office team in Leeds on a part time basis (20 - 25 hours per week). You will be responsible for keeping systems up to date and maintained, carrying out security clearances for new staff and providing general admin support to the Operations Manager. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous experience processing DBS or security clearance checks but this is not essential. If you are organized with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Manage and maintain CRM systems ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate and process security clearance applications
- Keep track of staff compliance and upcoming training needs
- Oversee and coordinate diaries, meetings, and appointments
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational and time management skills
- Salary of £13 per hour
