Administrator

Job Ref: nia 214 • 35 hours per week • £27,000-£29,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualification • Office based

The Administrator will provide high quality support across the organisation, ensuring an effective and efficient operation of the central administration function.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update organisational Health & Safety records.
  • Provide courteous and efficient reception service, answering and redirecting telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Order office supplies and manage general administrative duties.
  • Assist in recruitment administration and support the central services team with HR support.
  • Work independently and as a team player to help all services run efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle a variety of tasks.
  • Commitment to nia's feminist, trauma informed and anti racist practice.
  • Highly motivated and conscientious with a 'can do' approach.
