Role Overview

The Cardo Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator based in the Keith, Moray area. The role will be working with Heat Care Oil & Gas Ltd (a Cardo Group company).

The Office Administrator role provides essential support to the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves general office support, data management, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Telephone and email with clients
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Respond to enquiries
• Daily reporting
• Provide assistance where and when required in the office
• Raising repairs to our booking system

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
