Job Description
Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Highpoint, a category C Prison located in Suffolk.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.

This position is full time; you'll receive an annual salary up to £28,574 depending on experience.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and, due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks

Main duties of the job
  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

Qualifications
  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Ability to work within a busy environment
