Gap Personnel who operate as an employment business are currently recruiting for 1 Administrator for a leading Airgun Manufacturer based in Stafford
Role: Administrator
Job term: Ongoing work with temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, ST21
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Responsibilities- Answering customer phone calls and email queries. Candidate must be confident specking with customers on the phone
- Arranging quotations and finalising customer repairs
- Preparing invoices for repair work and filling all paperwork.
- Booking post using Royal Mail and other shipments via FedEx and UPS.
- Arranging collections via Parcelforce
- General admin and dealing with engineers to gain information for email enquiries
Required Experience and Qualifications: The chosen candidate must be PC literate, at least 3 years of experience in an admin/customer service role would be required. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage. Previous experience of at least 3 years of experience in an admin/customer service role would be required.
