We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Healthcare team at HMP Rye Hill, a category C Prison located near Rugby.
HMP Rye Hill is a busy male prison with an ageing population and a capacity of 1,122. We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a wide healthcare team. The facility offers free onsite parking and free gym use at lunchtimes. Public transport is limited, so applicants should be able to drive.
Hours
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Salary
This is a full time position with an annual salary up to £28,574 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.

Main duties of the job- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, using IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists and call up lists, providing customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.
