Administrator

About the Role:

Are you organised, energetic, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once? MPA Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading public sector client to recruit a Band 3 Administrator in Lisburn.

This role is fast-paced and varied, providing essential administrative support You'll help keep the service running smoothly by managing multiple delivery runs, answering 30-50+ calls daily, and liaising with healthcare professionals, warehouse teams, and transport staff - all while adhering to the different SLAs across four Trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate multiple IT systems efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, and Physiotherapists to ensure timely, accurate information
  • Schedule and manage equipment and continence pad deliveries with transport departments
  • Handle enquiries from the public and professionals with professionalism and courtesy
  • Prepare collection dockets and manage returns and crediting of CECS equipment
  • Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and electronic records
  • Process non-stock items and manage customer care reports and service queries
  • Support stock catalogues and assist with stock counts as required
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly to support the wider service team
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 12 months' relevant administrative experience
  • Five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Mathematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
