Job Description
Administrator / Team Assistant - Real Estate & Property Development PART-TIME, 4 DAYS A WEEK - IMMEDIATE START An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Administrator / Team Assistant to join a dynamic team focused on delivering cutting-edge building refurbishments and planned maintenance schemes across a premium property portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and support of exciting property development initiatives. You'll work closely with project surveyors, consultants, and contractors, keeping the engine running behind the scenes of complex refurbishment and maintenance projects. You'll also contribute to broader administrative support across the business, collaborating with a professional admin team to deliver first-class service. The role: 
- Organise meetings, prepare correspondence, manage diaries and liaise with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Be a key member of the administrative team.
- Keep project financial data and forecast reports up to date using internal systems (MRI/Excel), helping the team stay on top of budgets and reporting.
- Coordinate document control and contract administration, from Health & Safety files to warranties and tender documentation.
- Analyse priced tenders and assist with procurement processes.
- Manage contractor onboarding, track risk exposure, and maintain organised digital records.
- Provide proactive administrative support; minute-taking, formatting, printing, and general support for high-volume or time-sensitive tasks.
- Available to start immediately
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience using accounting or property systems (MRI or similar is a plus).
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written English and document formatting skills.
- Confident multitasking across shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you're a natural at bringing people and processes together.
- Property or real estate experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
