Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator (SEND) to join our team. If you have experience within a learning support environment and are committed to making a positive difference to students' lives, we'd love to hear from you. This role is primarily based at our Aylesbury Campus, with regular travel to our Amersham and Wycombe campuses. The position is full-time, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will:- Maintain up to date online and hard copy filing systems in order to ensure the College meets inspection standards as per JCQ guidelines.
- Make online applications to exam boards for exam access arrangements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as tutors, learning support staff, students and LSAs.
- Schedule Annual Reviews for EHCP Coordinators.
- Answer or distribute enquires received via the Learning Support Inbox.
