Administrative Team Leader - KPI & Excel Focus Pension

BSW Group in York is seeking an Administrative Team Leader to oversee the site administration team and ensure efficient, compliant processes. You will manage hours, output and quality data in Excel, while collaborating with production, logistics and supervisors to support KPI reporting.

Knowledge of 5S is beneficial as you help drive continuous improvement and maintain an organised, high-performing administrative function within the Site Leadership Team.
