For our client in the Sierre region active in the construction sector, we are looking for a Manager - Construction Office (M/F). MISSION DESCRIPTION 1. Overall Management - General supervision of the company - Ensure documentary follow-up of projects (insurances, job files) - Guarantee compliance with legal requirements and collective agreements 2. Finance and Management Control - Budget monitoring and analysis of construction costs - Management of clients and suppliers - Control of margins and profitability with the accountant and auditors 3. Human Resources - Management of work and payroll files, social insurances, and absences 4. Support to Construction Managers - Follow-up on offers, submissions, and official documents 5.
