About The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the management and support teams.
  • Attending one-to-one meetings with staff and clients to take accurate meeting notes and minutes.
  • Supporting with general office administration and record keeping.
  • Assisting with practical tasks, such as collecting sleeping bags or purchasing food and essential items for clients.
  • Helping ensure the service continues to run effectively during a period of staff absence.
Requirements
  • A DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred).
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a housing, support, health, or social care environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately and confidently work in a fast-paced environment.
What's on Offer?
  • £13.00 per hour, plus an additional holiday pay.
  • Full-time hours.
  • Immediate start available.
  • A varied role where you can make a real difference to a vital community service.
  • Support from BRC throughout your corntract.

If you're organised, adaptable, and available to start immediately, we'd love to hear from you.
