About the role

Alvaston Moor Academy is seeking a proactive and efficient Administrative Coordinator to work closely with the Principal and ensure the smooth operation of administrative services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support across the academy, coordinating processes, managing data and records and communicating effectively with staff, students and stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day operations and long-term planning to deliver timely, accurate and efficient administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-focused and strong communication skills.
