Hess & Martin Sécurité is a group that has been active for over 40 years in the field of security and access control. Our group has forty employees based in French-speaking Switzerland. We are active in security through safes and armored doors. Our activities also cover mechanical access control: keys, cylinders, locks, and electronic: badges, electronic keys &. We are looking for a (-trice) (-ve) to join our team. The mission will be: - Handling incoming calls - Managing appointments in the technicians' agendas - Managing intervention sheets - Understanding customer needs and providing information - Proficiency in standard Office Suite tools - Proficiency in the X Infoniqa program is a plus - Comfortable in a job position that is very suitable for a dynamic, organized, autonomous & solution-oriented person.
