As a Clerk in the Department of and - 100%, as part of your activities, you are responsible for providing courteous, personalized, and competent reception to the public and staff, both face-to-face and over the phone, serving the switchboard. Your dynamism, sense of service and welcome, and respect for confidentiality are qualities that are already recognized, guiding, directing, or assisting everyone who comes to the receptions, as well as cooperating with other services involved in the reception chain (admissions, care units, centers, etc.). You are capable of working autonomously while showing a spirit of mutual aid and contributing to the monitoring and security of the process. You carry out all the admission formalities for patients and hospitalized individuals, ensuring compliance with procedures. You are responsible for all tasks related to requests for hospital stay coverage from insurers and for controlling files. You also ensure the quality of the final invoices within the given deadlines. To do this, you rely on your very good sense of respect for procedures and your management of priorities. You hold a CFC diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent title and possess a good command of tools (Office pack). You have a successful experience in a similar position of at least 2 years and are recognized for your rigor and autonomy. You have excellent relationship skills, especially with the elderly, and have the tools to deal with unexpected situations and manage additional tasks easily.
