Job Overview

Queen Elizabeth's Academy is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive business team as soon as possible. This fast paced, rewarding role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to students, staff and parents, ensuring accurate correspondence, reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front of house service, dealing effectively with visitors at all levels.
  • Manage internal and external telephone calls and process voicemail messages.
  • Handle written communication and emails.
  • Support the organisation and setup of meetings and rooms.
  • Undertake general administrative duties as required.
  • Be willing to undertake First Aider training and handle day to day minor incidents.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional and personable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high standard of service.
  • Positive, with a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team, with a good sense of humour.
  • Pre existing experience in a school office environment is advantageous but not essential.
