Entrepreneurial culture, young and tight-knit team, ambitious projects are seeking to enhance reliability and provide internal fiduciary support for financial, accounting, and cross-functional tasks related to the Missions: Management & Finance Supervise accounting in connection with the fiduciary. Ensure tax and legal compliance (VAT, audits). Ensure the reliability of financial data and procedures. Prepare financial reporting for management. Support HR & Payroll (optional) Establish pay slips and manage files related to the role & performance. Implement fiduciary procedures. Analyze key indicators (revenue, costs, margin). Participate in the implementation of tools and compliance. Internal contact for the fiduciary and external advisors (legal, tax). Manage files related to growth. Profile Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience ideally with exposure. Key skills: Good understanding of accounting and advanced mastery of Excel and reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent). Soft skills: rigor, sense of confidentiality. Languages: Fluent French, professional English. Autonomy: profile does not require management.
