As part of this expansion, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Team Leader to launch and lead the administration function at our new Doncaster clinic, opening in mid 2026.
Training will commence as soon as possible for the right candidate, at our nearby clinics (Box Hill and surrounding locations) to ensure you're fully equipped to hit the ground running.

About the RoleWorking closely with the Administration Manager and Clinic Lead(s), you will take a hands on leadership approach to:
- Oversee and actively support the day to day operations of reception and clinic workflow
- Lead billing, banking and Medicare processes with accuracy
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Communicate and implement business updates and process improvements
- Support the coordination of workforce planning, rostering and leave management
- Manage escalations and resolve complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
You are an experienced healthcare administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment and leads with confidence. In addition, you will bring:
- Experience in a private Radiology setting (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of patient workflows, administrative processes and Medicare billing
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
- Sound judgement and problem solving capability
