- Ability to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
- Experience working within a property management company
- Familiarity with company secretarial software
- Personal experience of purchasing a property
- Supporting senior administration with company management tasks
- Handling correspondence with solicitors
- Liaising with property managing agents
- Maintaining and updating records using a CRM system
- Managing compliance and company secretarial documentation
- Responding to incoming calls and general enquiries
- Assisting with administrative processes related to residential property management
