Job SummaryWe are looking for an organised Administration Executive to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the office filing system, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and responding to emails.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and customers, to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working order and that any repairs or replacements are carried out in a timely manner.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
