Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One. Please note this is a part time role of 20 hours - preferably 4 hours per day Monday to Friday . This is a temporary role through until about September/October Your duties will also include the following: Preparing weekly, monthly and annual statements in accordance with controlling guidelines Preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports Oversee day to day accounting tasks. Office management, incl. invoicing, petty cash, ordering office materials, reimbursing travel expensesWhether you are a hotel professional or changing careers - you will fit in here! You will also: Have completed a commercial or accounting apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in in a similar administrative or accounting role Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service Strong communication skills and a solid command of English, both written and spoken Confident team player, willing to support colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals together.
