Job Overview

The Holgate Academy are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our operations team. The role involves supporting the academy with data administration, maintaining information systems, and using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Essential Qualifications
  • Experience of carrying out a wide range of administrative and business duties.
  • Working with a variety of IT systems including word processing, spreadsheet and database operation.
  • Ability to identify issues that could impact on service delivery and identify improvements to current processes.Handling information in accordance with the Data Protection principles, dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students and providing equality of opportunity.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • First Aid trained.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative work setting.
