We have an opportunity for a fixed-term Administrative Assistant based at our Ewloe office in North Wales, providing maternity cover for 12 months.

You will play an important role within our administration team, supporting the Senior Administration Officer with a variety of tasks, projects, and day-to-day activities. As part of a small and busy team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues while also being confident working independently, managing your own workload, and making informed decisions when required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude, strong personal values that align with our organisational culture, and excellent communication skills.
You will have previous experience in an administrative role and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively will be key to your success in this position.
What you will be doing?You will provide friendly and professional support to residents, visitors, and colleagues, helping to deliver excellent customer service across the organisation. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, support the Senior Administration Officer, and help ensure the administration function runs smoothly.
Working as part of a busy team, you will manage enquiries, maintain records, process correspondence, and assist with the day-to-day running of the office. You will also help support office facilities and contribute to creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.
Throughout your work, you will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
