Administration Apprentice

As an Administration Apprentice, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, working across a variety of departments including HR, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Service. You'll also receive hands-on training using industry-leading management systems such as Timegate and Cleanlink, giving you practical skills that are highly valued across the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, including checking and verifying right-to-work and identification documents.
- Ensuring employee compliance records are completed, filed, and maintained, including induction records, health questionnaires, and employment documentation.
- Supporting DBS applications and maintaining safeguarding records for employees working in schools and other regulated environments.
- Recording and filing client service reviews, audits, and quality assurance documentation.
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and updating company databases.
- Using company systems, including Cleanlink and Timegate, to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices before forwarding documentation to the Accounts Department.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering cleaning products, uniforms, consumables, and office supplies.
- Assisting with updates to the company website and social media platforms, including recruitment advertising.
- Maintaining annual leave records and holiday information.
- Issuing and recording staff uniforms while maintaining accurate stock control.
- Answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Carrying out other reasonable administrative duties to support the wider business.
- A good communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, or willing to learn.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and keen to learn new skills.
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
