Administration and Marketing Assistant Cahoots NI

Cahoots NI, Northern Ireland's leading theatre company producing work for young audiences, are seeking an Administrative and Marketing Assistant to work as part of the team on its year-round programme of exciting work for children, families and schools.

This job role is focused on planning, organising and coordinating a range of projects, programme delivery and marketing campaigns that will support Cahoots' growth and the delivery of exciting original work for young audiences and families.

• Delivering engaging, consistent content across social media and our website that grows our audience reach and brand awareness
• Planning and implementing marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and event attendance
• Researching new partnership opportunities that extend our marketing reach
• Tracking campaign performance and using audience data and insights to continuously improve how we communicate
• Setting up and managing TicketTailor, monitoring sales, producing box office reports and handling customer queries promptly and professionally
• Managing complimentary tickets and guest list arrangements for each production
• Gathering and processing audience feedback, engagement statistics, and revenue reports
• Compiling marketing and PR activity data into clear, useful post-show evaluations
• Managing communications with schools to schedule workshops and visits, ensuring all parties are well-informed, and maintain warm and professional follow-up correspondence
• Managing our main inbox and telephone communications professionally and efficiently
• Preparing board materials and coordinating board meeting schedules
• Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
• Supporting visa application processes for cast and crew travelling to the USA
