About the Role 
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide maternity cover. This role offers an immediate start with a flexible schedule, making it ideal for someone balancing other commitments (e.g., school runs).
Responsibilities- General data entry and record management
- Payroll processing support
- Invoice preparation and payments
- Assisting with routine administrative tasks
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned duties
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing responsibilities over 2-3 days per week
- Experience using QuickBooks Online
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible working hours (to fit around school runs or personal schedules)
