We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide maternity cover. This role offers an immediate start with a flexible schedule, making it ideal for someone balancing other commitments (e.g., school runs).

Responsibilities
  • General data entry and record management
  • Payroll processing support
  • Invoice preparation and payments
  • Assisting with routine administrative tasks
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned duties
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable managing responsibilities over 2-3 days per week
  • Experience using QuickBooks Online
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
