We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide maternity cover. This role offers an immediate start with a flexible schedule, making it ideal for someone balancing other commitments (e.g., school runs)
General data entry and record management
Payroll processing support
Invoice preparation and payments
Assisting with routine administrative tasks
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned duties
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable managing responsibilities over 2-3 days per week
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Flexible working hours (to fit around school runs or personal schedules)
