What you'll do- The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
- Process customer claims based on agreed commercial terms from validation to customer payment in a timely manner.
- Track request statuses and communicate updates to relevant colleagues regarding the status and timelines.
- Process ambassadorial invoices and collaborate with Education and Marketing to track and manage resolution times.
- Support department and business administration tasks.
- Provide coverage for other members of the Business Intelligence team when required.
- Manage process timelines with key stakeholders across departments.
- Support all departmental processes.
- Propose and implement business process improvements.
