Admin Support Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Admin support to join our administration team.
The role will be for 30 hours per week, working Pattern will be either a four day week with either a Wednesday or Thursday off. Hours will be 8.30 am to 16.30pm, or can also be spread this over 5 days if that is preferred.
The pay will be £12.85 per hour.
Interviews will be held week commencing the 29th June.
Main duties of the jobAs part of a small team of administrators you will be responsible for the day to day administrative services across the practice.
Undertakes specific projects allocated by the Operations Manager.
Provide assistance with the gathering of statistics and information when required, including running searches.
Data entry and clinical coding, including (but not exclusive to) ResPect forms, Pathology results, Clinical letters, OOH Reports etc from Hospitals that come into the practice via various routes. Summarising of medical records for new patients.
Processing of Private Income/Non NHS Work requests maintaining the spreadsheet of requests for private letters/forms and medical examinations. Sending payment request communication to patients, raising invoices and completion of basic medical information forms/letters.
About usEast Trees Health Centre is based in inner city Bristol. We are a training practice with a list size of 15700 patients.
Our practice team comprises of 4 partners, 7 salaried GPs, a paramedic, nurse practitioner, physio, podiatrist, dietitians, care co-ordinator, care navigators, administrators, nurses and pharmacy team. We are a very friendly, close knit team and have regular staff and team meetings to ensure communication is consistent.
Job responsibilities- Keep up to date with changes affecting data e.g. EMIS
- Ensure mandatory training is completed and other training appropriate to the role.
- Maintain self and team professionalism
- Support Practice colleagues through the sharing of expertise and provision of advice
- All duties commensurate with the efficient running of the practice
- Other duties which may from time to time arise
- Face to face and telephone contact with patients
- GCSE Maths and English as a minimum
- Previous Administration experience is required
- Experience within a primary care Administration role
- EMIS experience
- Coding experience
