Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC) Administrator Assistant
Location: Edinburgh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
Rate: Circa £110 per day via Umbrella
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our high-profile banking client's PSOC team. This role is vital in supporting site security operations, with a primary focus on the creation and distribution of colleague site cards. You'll play a key part in ensuring secure and efficient access across our branches and buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Site Card Management
- Create, print, and issue colleague site cards in line with security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of issued cards and access permissions.
- Operational Support
- Respond to site card access requests and support general security operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all site card data is accurate and compliant with internal security standards.
- Target Delivery
- Meet daily and weekly targets for card production and issue resolution.
Training and ongoing coaching will be provided to support your success in the role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using digital systems and office equipment (eg, card printers).
