Job Description
Admin & Customer Support Assistant

Location: Stevenage Salary: £12.71ph, 30 hours per week (£22,000 FTE+)

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and update internal systems

  • Source products for customer appointments

  • Make outbound calls to gather additional details

  • Contact suppliers to place orders

  • Process refunds and general admin tasks

What You'll Need
  • Excellent phone manner

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Ability to manage your own workload

  • Comfortable working in a small, supportive team
