Location: Stevenage Salary: £12.71ph, 30 hours per week (£22,000 FTE+)

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and update internal systems
Source products for customer appointments
Make outbound calls to gather additional details
Contact suppliers to place orders
Process refunds and general admin tasks
Excellent phone manner
Strong organisational skills
Ability to manage your own workload
Comfortable working in a small, supportive team
Family friendly hours: 8:30am-2:30pm or 9:00 am - 3:00pm
