Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Professional to join our team in Dublin. As an integral part of our organization, the Admin will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 100,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking team. You will work closely with various departments to support their administrative needs, enhance productivity, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing necessary materials and arranging logistics.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing high-quality customer service and support.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
